| Introduction | I am a 49 year-young wife and mother. I live in Massachusetts with my husband Fred and 3 kids. I love running, reading, cooking, and traveling. I was diagnosed wih a rare disease of the bone marrow, AL Amyloidosis in Feb 2010. There is no known cause or cure for it. I received Chemotherapy and a Stem cell transplant in May/June/July @ BU Amyloid Center This blog is a journal(cheap therapy!)of my fight against Amyloidosis,(with the help of lots of family and friends of course!) from diagnosis through treatment and beyond.
