| Introduction | I am currently working toward ordination in The Free Methodist Church in Canada (https://www.fmcic.ca/). I am a student at Tyndale Seminary and I serve at Trulls Road Free Methodist Church as an Associate Pastoral Intern. (http://www.trullsroadchurch.com/) I have a beautiful wife, two precious daughters and one amazing son, who all have me wrapped around their fingers. As part of my calling as a pastor, I am passionate about examining deep theological issues. I believe that Jesus is God's word in the flesh. I believe that as a Christian and Pastor, careful and responsible study of Scripture is invaluable as I seek to live in closer relationship with God each day. I believe that all people are created in the image of God. As such, all are worthy of love and kindness (even Habs fans). To that point, I am saddened by the animosity, vitriol and polarization that defines our political landscape and social media. We live in a prosperous, democratic society. We must do better than this. |
