| Introduction | Philippians 2:14-16a says "Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life..." I've named this after one of my favorite visuals -'shine like stars in the universe'. A star is so distinct, yet so tiny. A little light can go a long way. The star makes no effort, it just throws out the light from the fire that God has placed in it. And it is beautiful. It brings pleasure to people just by being there. It's always there whether you can see the sky or not - waiting to be found on a dark night. |
