| Introduction | I am a mother, grandmother (not the old kind, but the really cool, kick-ass kind), who is just looking to be better. I am body-slamming my demons, one at a time. It wasn't until I turned 40 that I realized how cathartic it is to not only write my thoughts, but to share them with others in hopes of being a lantern.
