| Introduction | Melanie Tetreault is a well travelled woman of letters. She values her creativity and good works; she uses her design techniques and writing skills to connect to military families in Victoria. She started volunteering at the Military Family Resource Centre two years ago after experiencing a long deployment-related absence from her spouse. Since then she has managed three family email networks, assisted with several MFRC events, and planned activities for local military families. She values her family; her husband is an enlisted Naval Communicator and they have two beautiful intelligent children who have two coasts and three deployments under their belt. |
