| Introduction | My husband Ames and I adopted our beautiful little girl from China in August 2009. This site is for our family, friends and fellow adoptive families to follow Jadyn's journey. Jadyn was born with a heart condition called transposition of the great arteries. She had open heart surgery on September 3, 2009. She had her final corrective heart surgery on July 16, 2010. |
