Introduction	My love of good food began at home. Mom and Dad always made home-cooked meals for us, so making something from scratch is a norm. To me, food tastes better when I know what's in it. Going away to college definitely elevated my cooking techniques, my tastes, and my curiosity for new cuisines. I wish I was better at planning meals, as I most always cook based on a taste for something in any given moment of the day. I hope that some day I'll be able to make a living off of my cooking.
