Introduction	Hi if you're wondering who I am. I'm Gbemi, a Nigerian living in London. I work as a registered nurse but a fitness enthusiast on the other side. I love food, fitness, but I'm big on binge eating and fall off track easily. Sometimes, I struggle with my self esteem especially when I fall off track. Crazy right? Yes I know... and that's why I'm starting this blog. To be my place of solitude and sanity, to document my journey of getting hold of my health.
