| Introduction | I'm a recently married young teacher in Birmingham, UK. We have a recently acquired Black Lab/Springer cross and find day-to-day living a little more challenging than we had hoped thanks to stupid banks, beurocracy and general stupidity of others! The main purpose of this blog is to keep me a little accountable on the diet I'm undertaking- I will attempt to be honest about my food, my progress and my experiences.
