Introduction	This blog was originally created as a way to share news articles that were a little off-beat and interesting - with no intention of including my personal life. It has since morphed into so much more, becoming not only a venue for me to share my varying interests & opinions as well as an outlet of expression in words that are sometimes not always easy to convey in the real world. Because I now feel connected to the readers I have established, I have started to share some of my personal life with all of you and thank you for responding to it as kindly as you have so far. In return, I still strive to keep the tone neutral and upbeat and will rarely post controversial issues because I don't feel this is the place for it.
