Introduction	I grew up in the Dominican Republic and miss DR every single day. I came to the U.S. when I was 13 just in time for high school. I knew English so my transition was not as bad compared to those that no nothing upon their arrival. I have been blessed with a good education here and just try to stay involved. Nothing big really. I studied business administration and Italian. I'm fluent and literate in Spanish and want to learn portuguese. I used to draw but not anymore. I consider myself a good cook and like to explore other ethnic cuisines.
