| Introduction | After graduating High School at 200 lbs in June of 2009, I realized that I needed to lose some weight. 3 years and 50 lbs later I am now riding and racing bikes up and down the east coast from April to October. Although I prefer to play in the mud on my mountain bike, I dont mind riding a road bike if there are some hills involved.
