| Introduction | I am not that good at photography hence my so-so pictures,In the kitchen I go for the less is more philosophy, so I use minimal spices and herbs in order to taste the basic ingredients. I can't be bothered with garnishes unless they are part of the recipe because I'm too lazy, so I settle for hygienically prepared tasty food, and I usually use the least possible amount of fats or oils in my cooking. |
