Introduction	Michael C. Jumic grew up in Elmhurst, a suburb of Chicago. He has lived in Ljubljana, Slovenia for the past 14 years. His hobbies include thinking about the past (recent, distant, very recent, very distant), listening to house music and "retro gaming", which basically means buying Sonic the Hedgehog t-shirts over the internet. No, not really. His favorite malls are Woodfield Mall and Oakbrook Center. His childhood malls are North Park Mall, Yorktown, Stratford Square and Hillside Mall.
