Introduction Hello! My new married name is Kristina Spellman (formerly Day-hence 7-day nutrition!) and I am a registered dietitian in Boston. I enjoy learning about food, nutrition and exercise and passing that knowledge along to clients, friends and family (sometimes to their chagrin...yes, you still have to use portion control on low-fat ice cream). Eating the 7-day way means taking each day one at a time and adding up small changes over the course of each 7-day block. It helps keep things simple, realistic and balanced. I believe in taking time out for relaxation and most importantly eating a little chocolate everyday!
