Introduction	My role as a volleyball coach is to identify talent, train the players on game techniques, decide tactics and guide the players on their performance. I conduct practice sessions for the players where I make the effort to improve their techniques, sharpen their skills and overcome their weaknesses. Along with the thorough knowledge about the game and its tactics, I should be expected to have knowledge of exercising, workouts and diet plans, strong communication and coordination skills.
