Introduction	We live in Halifax NS and met at the 2000 Jason Simmons Memorial Hockey Tournament Easter weekend in Glace Bay.Blaise lived in Rothesay NB but spent many weekends in Halifax visiting the "boys". Very soon we knew we were in for something special. I knew he was a keeper when he agreed to come to my sister Valerie's wedding a month later. He met all of my extended family that weekend and still stayed around. We were married July 25, 2003 and Piper our golden retriever was our engagement gift to each other. I always told friends I would marry the man who bought me a golden retriever. We enjoy travel , camping and spending time with friends and our extended family. We were aware that we may have fertility challenges because of me having an ovary removed due to cysts. We journeyed through infertility and are now on the journey of adoption and want to share with family and friends our path to build our family.
