| Introduction | Like many of network marketers, I too struggled with my network marketing business. For the past 5 years, I have been working on developing a successful home business. I was taught by my mentors to put out fliers on cars, do product parties, pass out business cards, recruit from my warm market,and more. There are better ways to build a network marketing business. The problem with my approach was that the above mentioned marketing methods did not work and only lead to more frustrations. You see, people are naturally attracted to other successful people. Nothing turns off your leads and customers more than sounding desperate because you "need" a sale. Once I learned this, I have begun to rethink my mission. I realize that my customers want to know, what is "in it" for them. Since changing my focus, my mission, I have begun to see positive changes in my business. This is because one's dreams are automatically accomplished when your mission is about helping others. It is all about increasing your value in society. Your prospects are going to want to know "what's in it for me?" The better you can tell them, the happier and more loyal your customers will be. |
