| Introduction | Hi Everyone! My name is Kate and I am a former teacher with a Master’s Degree in education K-8. I decided to leave my teaching career with the dream of staying home to take care of my own children while continuing to work and take care of others. I can’t wait to pursue children’s interests and love of learning, playing and growing in a home environment without the demands of a public school system. I come from a teaching family and my husband is currently a fifth grade teacher. I have taught first, second and fourth grade while having experience in grades kindergarten through fifth. I have three wonderful children of my own, and our oldest will be attending kindergarten in the fall.
