| Introduction | I am a 30-year-old art teacher with a wonderfully geeky science nerd of a husband and a wonderfully silly and beautiful daughter born July 09. This blog is mainly about learning to accept and love myself for who I am especially in regards to my relationship with food, my weight, etc. I am working on Intuitive Eating, self acceptance and love, Health at Every Size.
