Introduction	I am so excited to be sharing some of my thoughts and interests with you! I am a stay at home mom of 3 wonderful (on most days) children, and the wife of a fabulous (on most days) husband. I have always wanted to start a blog. I just didn't think that I had anything interesting to say! I am not funny, I am a terrible writer (can't spell worth a crap), and am not an expert,(self procaimed or otherwise) about anything!! Being a stay at home mom dedicated to CLEAN EATING and FITNESS has given me so much more to think about (and blog about now I guess). I have been asked by several other moms for healthy eating and exercise tips. In my blog, I want to show moms that eating clean and exercising can be a successful journey for everyone. I am going to add tried and tested (by me of course) clean recipes, and fitness tips that have worked for me as well. I will also integrate some of my "Crazy Mommy Moments" into the mix as well.
