| Introduction | Since I was 13 I have been writing- nothing good granted- and never beyond a 1st draft. I always loved to create stories, even throughout my childhood. I wrote first drafts of novels, but only recently have I been inspired to move beyond that first draft and try to get serious about my writing. I put the novels aside as work in progress, started to focus on short stories and poetry to help me grow as a writer, read many books on writing, learned to edit and joined a critique group. Being a physicist is my day job, but it's time to wake up and get serious about this passion. I am half English, half Hungarian- I grew up partly in England and in Hungary, I lived in Germany for a year and now I live in Spain. I am a dyslexic with confusions about the English language (I spend the years of ages 7-11 speaking only Hungarian) but since I love a challenge, I decided to write to over come that. |
