| Introduction | Hello, and welcome to FOODCRITIQUE911. My name is Eileen. I was born and raised in Jersey city, New Jersey. I grew up with a background of Asian and Spanish foods, also have cooked them as well. I have tried other dishes in different cultures and I am always open for more. In my recent past, i have also worked in numerous restaurants and have developed a skill and trained my taste-buds to identify certain herbs, flavors, and textures.I have majored in English Literature in 2007. With the love of foods and a background in Literature, what better way to put two talents together. TO WRITE ABOUT FOOD!! Presently, I will be trying out restaurants and rating them all the way down to the desserts and service.
