Introduction	Hiya, I'm Beth, a Thermomix consultant who loves to talk, cook and eat great food. I fell in love with Thermomix about 2 and half years ago when I attended a cooking demonstration at my cousin's house. I desperately wanted to get a thermo there and then, but I was going travelling and living the dream of moving to London for a year, so a thermo wasn't on my list of NEEDS but it was definately a WANT!! My amazing parents (sharing a passion for food) bought me my thermomix for Christmas 2010 (I know, how lucky am I)!! I immediately cracked my baby out of the box and proceeded to have the breeziest Chrissy celebrations you could imagine!! From then on I have not been able to stop talking about my beast and all the amazing food it helps me to prepare so quickly and easily. I decided to become a consultant mainly for the fact that I would have a job that I got to cook with and talk about my thermomix like a crazy woman, and I could stop bailing up random strangers who would raise a quizzical brow when I started on at them about my amazing thermo!! I can do it at demo's now and I love it!!
