IntroductionI am old as dirt! When God said "Let there be light", I was the one who flipped the switch. Actually I am only 62. I say "only" because 60 is the new 40. I don't feel old and am rather immature for my age. I tend to upset Senior Citizens by referring to them as 'old people' as though I don't also fall in that category. In 2008, I threw myself a Sweet 60 party at the local senior center (how fitting). It was attended by 75, or so, of my family and friends. For gift ideas I requested that they donate to one or more of my favorite charities (Humane Society, Hurley Foundation, Eastern Michigan Food Bank, the Rescue Mission, and OBC [Organization for Bat Conservation] to name a few). As I expected, my guests showered me with wonderful donation gifts! I don't intend to 'blow my own horn' here, I'm just hoping that someone else will carry on my idea. Just think of all the good that could be done in the world, AND we wouldn't be stuck with those silly 'over the hills' gifts that we just keeping passing around!

You've just inherited a manufacturing plant that specializes in plastics. What are you going to make?

Properly dispose of all products and machinery used to create plastics, and have an environmental site assessment(and clean-up, if necessary) performed on the property. Retool the manufacturing plant to produce environment-friendly products (such as bamboo products; flooring, fabrics, etc).
