| Introduction | Hich-kee means a hiccup in Urdu. According to Wikipedia, A hiccup or hiccough (pronounced /ˈhɪkʌp/ HICK-up) is a contraction of the diaphragm that repeats several times per minute. In humans, the abrupt rush of air into the lungs causes the vocal cords to close, creating a "hic" sound. I have no profound reason for choosing 'hich-kee' as my name; I just liked it. ======================= I'm an average woman who has made bold decisions in life, none of which I regret. |
