| Introduction | This is the kinda person I am: My nike/i-pod pedometer reads incorrectly. I will not pre-set my pedometer for a 5k run because it will make me do an 8k run (yes, I have calibrated it). If I did set myself up for a 5k run I would proceed to slog through an 8k run because I wouldn't want to disappoint my i-pod. Dear Q-players, I never meant to hurt you.
