| Introduction | Lela Hartranft is a Certified Lay Minister in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church and is currently the pastor of Allentown: Emmanuel UMC. https://www.facebook.com/EUMCALLENTOWN. Sunday Morning Worship Services at 9:15 am are live streamed. Lela loves the Lord with all her heart. Passionate about God and His word, she loves to share of His love and goodness during her speaking engagements and personal contacts. She believes the Lord is her strength, comforter and sustainer, as she has faced difficulties and challenges. She lives through His peace and joy. She seeks to know God more and has dedicated her life to Him. Lela has published several articles and a daily devotional book, Thoughts to Ponder. Lela enjoys going on trips, hikes and picnics with Wilbur, her husband of over fifty years. They are parents to Melissa and Amy and grandparents to Emily, Kate and Kourtney. Lela worked as a Nurse’s Aide and Central Supply Technician for ten years at hospitals. After earning an Associate’s Degree in Data Processing, she was a Programmer/Analyst for twenty-five years. She was a Customer Service Rep for three year. She is a caregiver for her husband.. |
