| Introduction | Two years ago, I thought making the move from Hoosier to Texan was a going to be the bigest "worlds" apart transition I would ever make. I went from corn to corn tortillas, from ice and snow in December to heat and humidity, from old friends and family to some of the best friends I have ever made. Little did I know when I made the move two years ago, it was only the start to my journey. I am now moving across the globe on an amazing adventure, both professionally and personally.
