Introduction	I'm currently deployed to Iraq and trying to workout when I'm not on patrols. I got into triathlons with my wife last year and we are hooked. After reading my wife's blogs, I was inspired to write my own. I will stick strictly to my workouts and training in an austere environment. I can't really talk about anything else for obvious reasons. I hope my family and friends that read this find my thoughts and ramblings entertaining. I definately enjoy theirs.
