Introduction	Welcome to my blog. I am a 65 year old wife,(of 46 years to Harry), mother to 5 and Nana to 8. I live in a small rural town in the South Waikato, New Zealand. I am a Christian and my faith is central in my life. I was a SAHM for 20 years until our youngest was five and then in our later years family circumstances meant I had to work part-time for 20 years to contribute to our income. I have now retired from my part-time work in our church office. Home-making has always been an important part of who I am. Sometimes things are hard but with God I always come through. With a sharp peeling knife you hold the apple in one hand the knife in the other. Starting at the top work around the apple turning it as you go cutting the skin off by slicing under it until you reach the bottom. Wola!! one complete apple skin. Children love to eat it as one continuous ribbon of skin without realising its the skin of an apple!
