| Introduction | Dan Shaw began his fire service career in 1992. He is currently a Captain with the Fairfax County Fire Rescue Department, VA. He instructs nationally on fireground operations and is Vice President of Traditions Training, LLC. He has been published in Fire Engineering and has taught at FDIC. Dan is a principal member of the NFPA 1400 Committee on Fire Service Training. He has degrees in Fire Service Supervision and Business Administration and is a graduate of the West Point Leadership Program operations as a Vice President of Traditions Training, LLC and is a principal member of the NFPA 1400 Committee on Fire Service Training. |
