| Introduction | I have been married to Elaine for nearly 40 years; we have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. We have spent 31 years in British Columbia. I've worked 25 years in the lumber industry. Previous work experience included 6 years with Canadian National Railways and a variety other jobs including horse logging, tree-planting and log-building. I enjoy music, bird-watching, chess, gardening, reading, poetry and history. I was a Board Member of the Bulkley Valley District Hospital Society, Past President of the Bulkley Forest Products Association, a founding member of the Bulkley Valley Community Resource Board, Past President of the Bulkley Valley Christian Literature Society and have been for many years a Board Member of the Smithers Pro-Life Society. |
