| Introduction | Greetings: My name is Marc Wolfsfeld, The Technology Pro. To most of my clients I am Marc, The Computer Guy. I make computers work. It’s what I do and what I have been doing for the past 20 years. I work with small businesses helping them with their computers and computer issues. I’d like to point out that I am not a geek, though there is nothing wrong with being a geek, if that is what you are. I’m not a geek and I prefer to be called a GURU, with geek tendencies. As a COMPUTER GURU, I have been helping my clients, the micro business users, implement technology in their businesses. I also spend a lot of time figuring out why their hardware or software doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. I have learned over the years that I am really good a figuring things out. I love to learn how the latest and greatest equipment or software works, so that I can share it with my clients and my friends. Then, I like to move on to learn something else. |
