| Introduction | Thank you for joining me on this journey of self-care. This is a safe space meant to spark dialogue about mental health and self care matters within marginalized communities and among young people. It is also meant to stress the importance of creative expression and finding things within your life/means that can serve as healthy coping mechanisms. Also, you are not alone in this. Although we might struggle, we can be a community of companions and empathizes in moments when that's what you need the most. Lastly, I'm not a therapist but I believe we should all seek one. |
