| Introduction | Chet Eagleman Jr. is an award-winning multimedia journalist (Michigan Community College Press Association 2012) and award-winning news radio program producer (Michigan Association of Broadcasters Best Documentary 1998). His work appears in print and online in these publications: Grand Rapids Magazine, Business Review West Michigan, Music Revue, The Paper (internship), Northern Express [Traverse City], ArtPrize, and The Collegiate--the award-winning student newspaper at Grand Rapids Community College (Dr. Scott McNabb, advisor). Mr. Eagleman is the former producer of a live call-in, morning news radio program (The WGVU Morning Show with Eddie Rucker) on NPR station WGVU AM/FM. He is the former producer and host of a live 5-hour blues/roots music radio program (WGVU's Saturday Night Blues). Chet was also the host of the Evening Blues and Highway 49 music programs at WNMC-FM in Traverse City. Mr. Eagleman is a member of the Native American Journalists Association. |
