Introduction	I am a results focused professional with 15+ years of experience in the software industry. I have an exceptional delivery track record, managing multiple simultaneous projects and delivering on time and on budget. I have extensive experience managing projects from start to finish, with heavy involvement in scoping and design. I have utilised both Scrum and Agile-hybrid software development methodologies during the course of my career. Having worked in both office environments and as a freelance contractor has given me extensive exposure to coordinating with clients one-on-one. Working with distributed stakeholders has developed my ability to stay organised and think creatively to overcome challenges, especially when tight deadlines are looming. On a personal level, I'm an avid out-doorsmans - hiking every weekend. I am also a student of the martial arts, having studied for over ten years now.
