| Introduction | I am an anonymous member of Unitus Community Credit Union. I am not an employee. I am not a member of the Communication Workers of America, which is the Unitus employee's union. What I am is a concerned person who sees an opportunity to create change for the better (and perhaps I have too much time on my hands). I am here to fight for the underdog, to make sure that my credit union remains an upstanding citizen of the Portland Metro area. I want my credit union to pay family wages. I want to conduct financial business at a progressive institution, whose hundreds of employees can afford the necessities of life and aren't forced to shop at Wal-Mart. I want to bank with an institution who doesn't see fees as an opportunity to gouge it's members. I am here, and I am not going away until Pat Smith is willing to make some changes. |
