| Introduction | I am focused on solving what I consider the three major problems with energy production/use: 1. Peak shaving 2. Energy storage 3. Inefficient transmission My interest in these areas stems from my previous experience as an Investment Banking Vice President with Jefferies & Company where I was responsible for deal origination and transaction execution for growing industrial and energy manufacturing and services companies. The vast majority of these companies had renewable energy initiatives, such as plate steel mills producing wind turbine blades, gear manufacturers providing turbine components, crane operators erecting wind farms, solar roofing installers, and utility transmission & distribution engineering and construction firms connecting power companies to renewable energy generation sites.
