| Introduction | We lost our first baby, Xander. I had a very complicated and high risk pregnancy. I was on bed rest for 10 weeks as we worked as a team to save his life. Unfortunately the clot grew too large and caused the placenta to detach, taking our son's life. I want to share his story and his life because it has made such an impact on us and our close friends and family. I also believe that many people are uncomfortable talking about stillborns but it is not as uncommon as many people think, unfortunately. This blog will be about healing, grieving and reliving those precious moments with Xander and his little gifts he continues to give us daily. |
