Introduction	I cook. That's not ALL I do, but that is what I love to do. I love to eat as well. It's a dangerous combo, and definately explains the extra 100 lbs. I carry around every day. I'm wife to one and mother to two. I've taught high school math, programmed in COBOL, decorated cakes, and worked at my church office. I've finally found my passion - cooking. I now own a catering company - Southern Comfort Catering - along with my dear, sweet friend Lynn. Sooo..I'm living and loving life!!!
