| Introduction | Youth Court is an alternative sentencing program for first time offenders who have been charged with Minor in Possession of Tobacco or Minor in Consumption of Alcohol. At Youth Court, high school aged volunteers are trained as jury members, attorneys, court clerks and bailiffs and they are responsible for sentencing the cases of these first time offenders.
