| Introduction | A Clydesdale in cycling refers to a large man (over six feet and over 200lbs). Because of my size and hair colour, I've also been called Big Red. So the name seemed a good fit. I use cycling for fitness, for managing my type 2 diabetes and for keeping myself entertained. |
