Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
What a stupid question. Dogs are no more naked than turtles. A dog's fur is like a turtle's shell it is what he lives inside of just like you and I live inside of our skins. Naked is the natural state of beings whether they have shells, fur or skins. Clothing is an invention of the creative human mind, just like stupid questions.
