| Introduction | FINE ART,THE WAYANG BATIK" I'm a Batik Painter.I've been in this line for 30 years.I love "Wayang Kulit".I like to promote this widely.And I would like people to know how beautiful it is.As a "Pak Dalang" or story teller ,I recite the stories which connected to "Wayang Kulit" or Puppets.It have their own character , stories and names.As you can see different names are connected with the title of paintings.Every colour has its own identifications.For instance black represents blood and meat,brown represent the sky,yellow depicts the air and red reflects anger.I bring this stories and character into 'Wayang' Batik Fine Art.Most of my signature artwork connect with "Wayang Kulit" or puppets.They usually in acrylic,collage and mostly in batik. Hopefully whatever I did will bring something new and exciting about art.Thank you. |
