Introduction	When I started this blog I was single, unemployed, and was trying to survive the loss of my first pregnancy at 25 weeks in August 2011. Thanks to a late-discovered, rare genetic problem, we decided to terminate. I named my baby Blue when it was clear that my ex would not give him a name. It was a nickname at first, but then became so perfectly his name. Dying for another baby, convinced I would have to wait, I found a man who loved me as I was, and loved me as I became more and more like the person I used to be. We welcomed our son, Sprout, in October 2012. We had another son, LJ, in September 2014, and a daughter in April 2017. Life is good again. But I will always have scars.
