| Interests | I'm a micromanager. I am a bit obsessed with knowing my food (and my family's food) intimately. Three sweet little boys (well, one is adult-sized actually) call me Mama, and God's Gift calls me wife. I attended Ferris State University at the turn of the century and obtained a degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology (Ditto for Mr. Mama). It is a medical imaging modality using ionizing radiation (hence, the "Hot" in "Hot Mama") with a focus on physiology and pathophysiology rather than anatomy. I have seen so many things in my career that have made me wary of: - Big Government - Big Medicine - Big Pharma - Big Business - Big Agriculture - Health guidelines developed by any of the above. I have always been extremely independant in my thinking and my actions. It used to be called "marching to the beat of a different drummer." That's me. Join me on my journey to find my own rhythm, and gain independance from Whomever it is pulling the strings. |
