| Introduction | Leah Tipton has been a teacher for 13 years. She has experience in grades k-3. She grew up in Canada where most of her family still lives. She taught school for 8 years in California and has been teaching in Bellingham for 4 years. She is married and has a 2 and a half year old son, named Will. Mrs. Binkley has been in the field of education for 14 years with experience teaching 1st, 4rth, and kindergarten. For the first 9 years of her career, she taught in California. She has been teaching in Washington for five years. Mrs. Binkley is also the IB Coordinator at Wade King School. She has been married for 28 years and has two grown children. Mr. And Mrs. Binkley have a boat which they keep out on Lopez Island. Mrs.Lind has been teaching for 12 years and has taught K-3 and Kindergarten literacy. She has a BA degree in Interdisciplinary Child Development and Elementary Ed. and a M.Ed. in Literacy Education. She has been teaching Kindergarten for the last 5 years. She discovered that Kindergarten is her favorite grade! She has two daughters who are in 3rd and 5th grade at Wade King and she has been married for 13 years. |
