Introduction	I am an experienced interim/ Project / Change manager and the Managing partner of The Bayard Partnership. I am also the author of four books: 'Making a Difference', Inspirational Leadership, Transition, The Change Manager's Handbook. l am also speaker and lecturer in several management schools across Europe. I formed my first company at the age of 21 while working as a marketing assistant for an industrial company in London. I moved to Belgium in 1995. Over the last years I have taken up numerous interim management posts, working for a variety of businesses from high technology and software to petrochemicals, transport, mobile telecommunications and apparel. Today I concentrate on coaching, public speaking, writing and riding my motorcycle across Europe and beyond. I am also the Chairman of a charity for exceptionally talented young musicians.
