| Introduction | I have had chronic Lyme disease for 4 years now. Unknowingly bitten in 2009, I was diagnosed nearly 2 years later in 2011. Very ill and undergoing treatment, I don't stray too far from home or bed. I do everything in my power to heal while maintaining as much balance as I can. I hang out here with my 2 dogs, my 2 kids, my hubbie, and, whenever I can drum up the energy, with my extended family and friends. I've worked through a lot of grief over the losses that chronic illness brings and continue to consciously search out all the best of the small everyday stuff. I am so incredibly grateful to be here! |
